All fitness consultations and personal training sessions are conducted by our certified Exercise Specialists. Our professional staff is here to inspire, motivate and educate you with the latest techniques and training research. Proper athletic attire and shoes are necessary for all fitness services.

Personal Training
Enjoy the benefits of a one-on-one workout with a certified Doral Exercise Specialist. Whichever workout session you choose, your personal trainer will challenge and motivate you, as well as offer tips on all aspects of your fitness program and performance to ensure that you experience maximum benefits.

For your comfort and relaxation, The Spa at Doral facilities and services are offered to our guests 18 years and older. Our Cardio-Weight Training Studio is available to guests who are at least 16 years old.

Basic Session: 50 Min

We feature Pilates (mat-based), Latin dance, relaxation, and yoga.

 

Take-Home Fitness Program: 80 Min

In this personalized session, our certified Exercise Specialist will analyze your fitness level, and then design a unique workout program based on your interest, lifestyle and fitness goals. You will receive illustrated material, along with personal tips and advice to continue your progress at home.
 
Golfers One-on-One: 60 Min

Learn how to improve your golf game most effectively and stay
injury free with your personalized golf-specific workout. This sport-specific session includes body alignment, static / dynamic balance and body flexibility evaluations. (To gain even more benefits from your personal session, we highly recommend a golf bio-dynamics swing analysis at the Jim McLean Golf School before booking your one-on-one workout.)
 

Get on the Ball Take Home: 50 Min

Learn how to increase muscular strength, endurance, body balance and coordination by using the exercise stability ball. This innovative and fun workout includes an illustrated exercise program based on your fitness level, and you receive a ball to take home with you.
 
Customized Walking Program: 50 Min

Whether you are a novice or experienced walker, this Rockport® Walk Program is designed to assess your current level of cardiovascular fitness as it pertains to walking. Along with a personal consultation with our certified Exercise Specialist, you will receive a customized 20-week walking program and educational tips based on your results.
 
Comprehensive Fitness Assessment: 80 Min

Allow our fitness professionals to assess your current level of physical fitness by using innovative, state-of-the-art technology. Your body alignment, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance will be evaluated. Results will then be reviewed and recommendations made to help you meet your fitness goals.
 
Body Composition Analysis: 25 Min

Step away from the scale! Instead, have your body composition measured by our certified Exercise Specialist. You will learn what your personal percentage of lean mass versus body fat means and then receive recommendations on how to best achieve your own fitness goals. (Individual cardiovascular or flexibility assessment available upon request.)
 
One-on-One Abs and Back Program: 25 Min

This exceptionally educational session focuses on exercises to strengthen the critical muscles in your core area. Whether physical fitness, rehabilitation, or athletic goal are your focus, our exercise professional will teach you important techniques to ensure a safe and effective workout.
